**If you are attending the live show, please do not pre-order here UNLESS you did NOT fill out the pre-order form previously, but would like to pick up a personalized CD at the show. Keeping in mind that I may have time to personalize it after the show and it will be cheaper at the show vs online (no shipping/taxes).
